Results of Statutory Assessments show that St James' continues to improve and achieve great results for all children. We continue to achieve well, with outcomes which are above both local and national averages, meaning our children are well prepared for the next stage in their education.

Although Statutory Assessments were made in 2022, these outcomes were not published. We have decided to publish our outcomes, which show that, despite the disruption caused by the pandemic, our children have continued to make excellent progress in their learning. When children left our school at the end of Year 6, 77% of them achieved the expected levels in reading, writing and maths combined, which was well above the national average of 59%.
